Camouflage issue - General Hunter Discussion - Hunter Forums

Hello all,

I'm back at WOW after a 3 year hiatus. I have tons of questions, but I'll be a good boy and read first before I start asking, I'll try not to be repetitive.

Here's one that is bugging me, and I did do a search and came up empty.

I'm a dark elf hunter level 90. I was playing on the Timeless Isle when I came across another dark elf hunter, we got talking and he wanted to show me a chest that had a good piece of loot. So, to get there we had to use Camouflage. Now when I Camouflage my toon hunches over like he's sneaking/creeping around and I move at about 1/3 speed. He's always done that and it made sense to me. Well my new buddy walks off at normal speed and standing up strait. He starts asking me what the heck I'm doing going so slow and falling behind. I say I can't go that fast camouflaged. I toggle run/walk and all I do is slow down even more in walk mode. We couldn't figure it out.

A google search gave me no relevant results as did the a forum search here.

Any ideas?
