Ravager? - Hunter Pet Discussion - Hunter Forums

There is another Hunter in the raid group I do on Tuesday nights that keeps telling me I should bring a ravager. Usually I have my wolf in toe as his howl is the only pet buff I don't see get canceled by a player buff from the party. Just for the heck of it I brought along my ravager to see. My dps dropped by not having my wolf out. Is there something I may be missing when it comes to ravagers? I know they increase physical damage, but my dps took a good nose dive when I had him out.
