i currently am around 4k in heroics and around 7k in raid groups.

also been wondering if i should go with arm pen on any of my gear any help greaatly appreciated tks guys.

Are you raiding as BM or MM?

Your gear looks very good overall, just a few missing key pieces, namely tier set bonuses.

Both 2 piece tier bonuses are Very Good for DPS. So good you can't go without them. At very high gear levels you'll drop the T9 two-piece, but it will last you a long while, especially as MM. Your mileage may vary, check the DPS Calculator!

Immediate gear upgrades:
- T9 Head, any version (232/245/25 icon_cool is a big upgrade as it gives you the set bonus along with your T9 legs.
- Replace hit trinket – Darkmoon Card: Greatness, Banner of Victory, Needle Encrusted Scorpion

In the longer term, work toward 2 piece T10 – preferably shoulders and chest

Just import yourself using the armory import, click Update DPS to see your current estimated unbufffed DPS, then you can plug any proposed changes to gear, talents, pet, buffs, target debuffs, shot priority etc., click Update DPS and see the effect.

note: added two points to focused aim to support dropping hit trinket. These are wasted if you're not able to replace it; put them in improved steady shot instead.

Virix has good suggestions. Pretty much the only thing I can add is that most of the improvements you can make will come from gear that will be dropping in ICC 10/25. You are pretty much the same gear level as I am and in ICC 10 I run at around 7000 dps.

You're almost 3.5% over-hit-capped, yet you have 2/3 Focused Aim. Those points aren't doing much for you really. I'd stick them into Improved Steady Shot, making it 3/3.

I also suggest changing your wolf's spec to this: http://www.wowhead.com/petcalc…..00sc00hooo

Both of those changes should make a noticeable change to your DPS.
