Add to your ranged AP?  If it does not, would it not be better to add agility to your weapon for your raiding spec?  This may be totally noobish, and you may have covered this in the basics, but I wanted to ask.

Yes it does. Straight attack power buffs all attack power-based damage – including ranged, melee, traps, etc…

Agility is good for dual wielding SV hunters (2x 26 agil), but for a 2h, 110AP is best for all hunters.
