I spend a lot of time in Wintergrasp. Either ganking Alliance when battle isn't taking place or farming gold and eternal fires. Recently I ran into a level 76 Gnome DK. At first I just thought him another player and would gank him when I came acrossed him. He's in PvE gear, so he dies rather quickly. I started noticing though, that he is there almost all the time and I always found him in the same spots. So, I started following him. He takes the same path every time, the same exact path. That's when I realized the player is running a bot. So I have made it my mission to kill this gnome whenever I'm in WG, because to me that is cheating at the game and the person deserves no mercy. The side bonus to this is though, I usually make 1-1.5 gold pcs off him when I kill him.

That is hilarious – I LOVE that idea. Does he have a funky name you can notice?
I've run into the same thing when farming elementals in SP. I'ts so easy to farm the cauldron, and this mage and warrior would swoop in and try and tag everything. it's so easy for me to volley and put my pet on aggressive, and my gear is to the point where I'm one or two shotting them anyways, but they kept on their paths. I was wondering what was going on! Tanks Thak!

I was unaware that bots work in WoW after they did all that account banning a year or 2 back. What was the DK doing just sitting there or did the bot have it start grinding mobs? Either way, have fun killing him over and over again…I know I would ^_^

Niika: He's a level 76 Gnome DK in heirloom gear named Lilarthas. So he stands out like a sore thumb.
Ravenhair: I know he's a bot from watching him for a few days. I followed him around and around. He takes the same EXACT path everytime. I've seen him stuck flying up against one of the walls of the keep. I've seen this happen enough times to know it isn't lag or something like that. Plus when I attack him, he uses the same exact set of moves every time. He doesn't try any other strageties to fend me off like a regular player would. I also have a guildie thats followed him around as well and he reports the same things I do.
