i just started playing hunter again and raf'd him up to 60, was just wondering what the 85 rotation is for mm and what it should be for 60?

You can find out more about Marksmanship in its current state at level 85 in this thread. At level 60, you don't have Chimera Shot yet, so ignore that component. If you are in a dungeon and finding the need to extend the duration of Serpent Sting, try firing off Cobra Shot evey now and then.

Best to substitute cobra shot for steady shot (which you should have by now I think). And remember you can autoshoot while moving now ^^

This is why I can never level another hunter. I want all my abilities available at level 1. 
In the case, just reapply Serpent Sting.

Till you get to level 69, when you get Chimera, you will just have to reapply Serpent Sting manually. MM Hunters should not be using Cobra Shot in their rotation. If spec'd right our Steady Shot does more damage.
