Crit has nothing to do with that equation.

Don't start stacking (gemming) until you're in the 0 range.

Armor Penetration only means the potential to do damage, where as crit and attack power you can count on.

Go all-out agility until you reach an 0+ armor pen rating w/out gems. At that point you can consider going all-in if you know how to manage your physical damage properly.

An armor pen build can provide outstanding DPS, but only if you know how to properly maintain physical dps.

In other words… time your auto-shots.
