I have been camping on and off since mid-2009, given up a few times and resumed only this year. Before this, I have never seen the TLPD in the wild (even dead). I've just seen several people who already have the mount. 

I would fly counterclockwise from Bor's Breath towards Valkyrion then up towards Ulduar, down to the Engine  and Brunnhildar Village, further down to K3 then back to Bor's Breath. I would linger/camp at Bor's Breath because of the intersecting flight paths of Vyragosa/TLPD in that area. The turning point was around December, I saw Vyragosa spawn right by the mountainside near Frosthold.

Hanging on to the belief that Vyragosa and TLPD also share spawn spots, I decided to stay at 31,69. I would park there in-between PUGs and dailies. I made sure _NPCscan has Vyragosa, Dirkee, and Skoll cached — the next alert will definitely be the TLPD.

10:46pm _NPCscan triggered and I couldn't believe it had detected the TLPD. I couldn't see it at first so I zoomed out and saw the TLPD *flying away from* the mountainside — right on top of me. I fired on the TLPD, the shot hit, and the next few minutes was a blur. All I can remember was the TLPD attacking me, me spamming my melee macro key, and hearing that KingKrush was attacking (which was a good sign because there were times when my pet would not attack because of Vyragosa's (or even Chillmaw's) altitude). I remember seeing the TLPD's health dropping fast… and it was done. I haven't even looted the corpse out of disbelief (and because my hands were shaking and my heart was beating so fast), and already I've received a /bow and a /grats (and a /spit).

My longest camp ever. Finished.

Vyragosa kills: 5. Dirkee kills: 3. Skoll sightings: 4.

greyfoxx, thanks! Yes, the sightings I've had of Skoll were the times I got bored and decided to have a look around. Twice I've killed Skoll (oops, sorry Ceyle) because I announced at General but there were no takers. The other two times, two hunters were ecstatic to have been told Skoll was around — it felt good to watch and see them successfully tame Skoll.

Ceyle, lol, "time-lost" really does not mean some interdimensional capability, it just means the amount of time people have been losing/wasting while camping.
