When I am reading a thread, I have the options to reply or post new topic. However these buttons are actually backwards from what they are labeled. 

 

I am using Chrome 11.0.696.60 FWIW

I am seeing the same thing using both Chrome (at home) and IE here at work. I actually just realized I could reply using the Post New Topic button :p I thought the Reply was just gone, lol.
