Hey i was wondering if these items would be upgrades from original stuff. Wants will be what i need and which would be a better upgrade.
Have: Dragonheart Piercer– Want: Lava Bolt Crossbow or Arbalest of Erupting Fury
Have: Mobus's Dripping Halberd– Want: Malevolence

Also if any1 can help me upgrade my toon to max out dps, in terms of gemming and enchants and possibly reforging

(1) Both Lava Bolt Crossbow and Arbalest are upgrades for you, Lava Bolt being the better choice.
(2) http://www.wowhead.com/item=70165 would be a good upgrade if you can get a blacksmith with chaos orbs to make it for you, otherwise the next staff upgrade is going to be from Majordomo Staghelm.

thx for the crossbow help, the scythe will take alot of time for me to farm for all of the mats, i asked if malevolence was an upgrade because this polearm that i got atm is haste based and malevolence gives crit so would that be an upgrade until i get all the mats for the scythe.
and ya the staff from the majordomo is super awsome looking and awsome stats.

From the research I have done, it looks like Ranseur of Hatred is currently the top melee weapon for Hunters to have. Followed by Fandral's Flamescythe, which is followed by Witch-Hunters.

Ranseur is better than Witch Hunter's, but it also costs a lot more, unless you get it as a drop.
Witch Hunter's should cost around 4-6k to craft depending on your servers economy.

witch-hunters is so much more expensive on my server than ranseur, truegold on my server go for 2k a piece O_o, so i guess ranseur would be better.

actually go to askmrrobot.com, it tells u that witch-hunters isnt that great of a weapon, but ya ranseur is #1

Trying to figure out what you're talking about, I can see Spear of Trailing Shadows from Hellscream's Reach Revered rep, and you're saying that 346 blue item w/552dps is better than the 365 Harvester w/dps of 659 (not to even mention the nearly 20% additional AGI on the Harvester)
Wondering if the polearm you're referring to is Mobus's Dripping Halberd, which *still* has lower stats than the Harvester.
Just trying to make some sense out of your posts here, Haiz. We all know the Ranseur is good, but what exactly are you talking about?

Just go to askmrrobot.com, go to gear optimizer and look up ur toon, then in the MH slot and click on the … box, ull c wut i mean.

I believe Haiz does not have the settings set up right on askmrrobot.com. When you select an item slot, there is an "absolute" ranking and a "relative ranking". The absolute does not take into consideration your current gear stats. You want it set to "relative", which in your case Ozolin, says that Witch-harvester is a good upgrade for you.

You have to make sure what gear level you have chosen under Options too, Pre ZA/ZG, the spear shows up as number two on mine, with witch hunters number 1, Ranseur of Hatred doesn't even show up till you select lvl 12 raids. Also if you've adjusted the stats any, it will make it different, and I think that create the stats based on your character from the armory, but don't quote me on that.

AskMrRobot does not work as intended for hunters specifically. My guild swears by that damn site and I have spent more time than i'd like to admit trying to get it to work for me, but in all I think it's bugged for hunters. I am hit capped, in 2pc t12 and 2pc t11 with enuff haste to hit my target plateau, yet no matter what I do that site says I need to reforge to ALL hit and haste and replace my 359 or 365 trinket with a blue trinket that has hit on it!?!? I call shinannigans on that site and say be wary of what it tells you! For some classes it may be helpful, but for MM hunter it is not!

I get much the same. If I reforge and such with what it recommends, I would be under the hit cap by quite a bit. I get the same with my Ret Pallie, only its expertise on him. I don't know if the site is incorrect or if its operator error.
