I had a look at your armory. The first two problems I saw…

You're 324 hit rating over the cap, plus you have taken 3/3 Focused Aim. Every point over 263 hit is doing nothing for you in terms of DPS. This seems to be an epidemic all over Azeroth, as players seem to be more preoccupied with ilvl than stats. You only need 8% hit to be capped. You're at 17.9%.

Those 3 points you have in Focused Aim could be a lot more beficial for you in say, Improved Steady Shot and perhaps 1/3 in Improved Hunters Mark.

You should be gemming for agility instead of Armor Pen. You don't have enough armor pen through gear, nor one of the necessary trinkets, that make gemming for armor pen a benefit. I wouldn't advise gemming for armor pen unless you have about 550 through gear alone + Needle Encrusted Scorpion.

I would recommend swappping out your armor pen gems for agility ones, and picking up 3/3 ISS and 1/3 IHM. Also, look for upgrades that don't contain hit rating.
