Anyone know witch one is better to use in this case? When I got Cobra shot I replaced Steadyshot glyph with Serpent Sting glyph, but it seems like my Dps went down slightly. Not by much mind you and it could be just that the level icon_eek instance mobs have higher resistances then the old Lich king heroics. I really don't know. Cobra shot will Obviously be better for BM and SV but I don't know about MM.

(1) You want to keep the Steady Shot glyph. You will be using Steady Shot  A LOT as MM. MM rotation looks something like this:

Serpent Sting>Chimera>Arcane Shot>Steady Shot>Steady Shot, throw in Kill Shot at the start when it comes up. When your free Aimed Shot procs, throw in in after Chimera.  You always want to do two Steady Shots in a row to keep the hast buff up from Improved Steady Shot. Since you will be firing Steady off more then the other shots, it makes sence that you would want to up the damage it does.

(2) Cobra Shot is more for BM and especially SV. If using Steady Shot properly, MM should rarely run into focus issues. I know if I keep the proper rotation I don't run into problems. It's not to say though that there isn't times that may come up where you want to use Cobra Shot, but from what I've seen you don't want it in your MM rotation.
