Unfortunately, there's no set that's going to be strong for both. The closest thing you'll find as a fresh , is the LW crafted 8 pc set that has resilience on it.

You can grab these pieces off of the AH for fairly cheap. I'd recommend upgrading your current greens and low level blues with these pieces. As you run heroics and get better PvE pieces, just keep these in your bag and throw them on when you PvP.

They're good starter pieces for PvP and will tide you over until you can get some of the PvP epics.

As for the PvE gear, it will come in time. Just keep runing dungeons and you'll be like a kid on christmas morning for awhile. That's probably the best part about leveling a new toon… the river of upgrades that flows in at level .

A good dungeon to farm at is the regular version of Trial of the Champion. The queue for that dungeon is pretty short and it contains all ilvl 200 epics. Once you get your gear upgraded, then start hitting the heroic version as well as the regular ICC 5 mans.
