Hey everyone!  I just got some new waist armor with a red and blue socket. I was going to fill the red with a Bright Cardinal Ruby and the blue with Nightmare Tear. However I wasn't able to socket these gems. I got a message says " I already have the max number of those gems in equiped items". I'm already using 3 Bright Cardinal Ruby's and 2 Nightmare Tear gems in other equipment. Is there a limit on the number of each gem you that can use in your build? I must have not read the fine print, lol

Yes I blieve the nightmare tear states unique equiped.  Meaning you can only have one equiped at a time.

Ditto what Pod said, one per character; just wanted to add that you have no limit on the Brights.
