I second what Malice said.  Even the bow that drops from Utguard Keep heroic is an upgrade for you now.  The bow you have is adding little.

I also wanted to point out that your Hit Rating is *well* below what it should be (8%)  You are a dranaie, which helps, however, your misses will lessen if you head on over and look at some hit gear.  I would also swap out the resilience gems for agility, crit, and until you have the hit rating at 8% either through gear or points in Focused Aime, into hit gems.  Also, ditching the PVP gear as well will help.   I'm not sure if I caught you in PVP gear on logout, but it's a detriment for PVE

Doesn't matter how hard you hit things if you're missing shots, right?

Gar has spent a lot of time, energy, brain cells, and beer in writing the guides.  While it's nice to ask in the forums, it's always good to start of by doing research on your own as well, so that you know what is being discussed.  Consider it a bit of homework, before you come to class, if you will.  Now that you are MM, consider looking specifically at his PvE for gems, enchants, and spec, all for Marksman.  Start there, get your rotation down first at the test dummies, then with a *slow * tank in 5-mans, before hitting anything remotely close to ICC.  You are hating Marksman because you are comfortable with a different set of shots, that's all.  If after changing things around a bit, you still feel uncomfortable with MM, I think given your current set up, you will still see a dps increase if you follow the advice in the guides, even returning to SV.
