Been bumping heads with http://www.wowarmory.com/chara…..=Scelena in Wintergrasp. She hangs out there after Horde has caputred it and ganks people who are at the vendors or quest givers. She starts out in Boomkin form, I can usually shut her down from burn me down out right. The problem I am having is that I cant ever kill her. She switches forms to get out of all of my snares and crowd control. Usually she gets into crow form and flies off. It's rather irritating. I'm usually not one to cry about class imbalance, but Druids are pushing me there rather quickly. Pallies frustrate me, but I can kill them. Aside from healy ones that is. Rogues frustrate me, but again I can kill them when the situation is right. Warlocks as well. Druids though, thats another cup of soup. Anyone got any tips or ideas I'm all ears.

Not sure if the mechanic on this still works, but you can use scare beast on the druid when it shifts into either cat or bear form. I used to do that all that time and it helps alot because it's like a fear and I don't think they can shift out of it until it wears off or they take damage and it breaks. usually good to mess up their rotation and buy you an extra second for another trick.

As long as she's able to shift into flight form, then you are going to have a difficult time killing her. Thing is though, were she not abe to do that, I'm sure you'd be able to burn her down.
I would just try to maintain range and kite her. Boomies need to stand still in order to get their big damage casts off, where as you can continue to nuke her on the run.
Make sure to keep Tranqing her MotW and keep Aimed Shot up at all times. Silence her when she shifts out, as she's either going to heal or cast Cyclone on you.
Wait until she's about 40% or so, then a Silence-Chimera-Readiness-Chimera-Silence should do the trick. 
Lastly… do you have an addon that indicates whether or not Serpent Sting is active? This is very important info in PvP, especially for MM, as it will chop your damage right down if your target dispels it (which Boomkin will do, of course).
Boomkins are usually target practice for me, but I can see how the flight form escape could frustrate.
In closing:
Avoid or interrupt the long casts – e.g., Wrath, Starfire, Starfall
Avoid the Treants – feign, frost trap, …
Always silence if she shifts out to heal.
Maintain range and keep moving
Silence + Burst = X_X

A positive note to this. Last night I was out doing daily quests in Icecrown. I had spent most of the afternoon and night yesterday out farming mats and questing. I had let them slip a bit and decided I needed to restock. Throughout this time I had popped in to Wintergrasp when it was up but then left right away to resume my restocking.
While I was farming away on stuff, I get a whisper. "Hey, I haven't seen you in WG all day, where you been?" I didn't recognize the name, but I'm always polite to people who whisper me unless its a spammer. "I've been working on daily quests and farming mats all day. I've popped in to WG for the actual matches, but then left to resume farming." The person whispered back. "This is Scelena by the way. I was curious where you had disappeared to, I didn't have anyone to give me a challenge when I was ganking people. I've been having fun fighting you. I haven't had many Hunters give me such a challenge." I raised an eyebrow in disbeleif. "I have only killed you a couple of times out of more then a dozen or better times we have faced off." She replied with, "You've brought me close to death a whole lot of those times. Most of the Hunters I've faced in there I walk all over. If I didn't have shadow meld and flight form, I would be toast. It's nice to have someone that knows what they are doing."
The conversation went back and forth like this for about 15 minutes. Just the two of us having a friendly chat and laughing at her stories of people logging over to Alliance side to send "nasty" whispers to her. I told her to me, WG is an open battleground and anything goes. I don't hold it against her that she is in there ganking people who are at the vendors. They are in a battleground and flagged, so open game in my book.
I guess I'm just posting this to let people know that its a game and as frustrating as this fight has been for me, it made my day to have this person log over to compliment me. I had thought perhaps it had been my lack of skill that I could not take her down and that I wasn't being much of a fight, but after talking with her, I'm as pumped as ever to continue this confrontation.

She makes good use of the terrain. The fights are usually right there in the fortress in WG. She has typhooned me off the edge of stuff on several occasions. Thankfully Im an Engineer and have the parachute.
It's pretty much automatic tranq shot/aimed shot combo when I see a Druid now. I've got it down pretty good to tranq shot off rejuvination or whatever it is their heal over time is called. This fight is pretty much down to me being able to keep her pinned down so I can burn her down.

The problem is, she is constantly on the move and scare beast has a cast time on it. I would have to catch her at just the right time to use it.

That's great that she whispered you.
I've always had the utmost respect and admiration for those players that give me a challenge. If I discover that someone really has their game on, I'll make it a point to continue to test them.
Unless they're emote spamming idiots, I really like playing against the thorn-in-the-side types of players. Makes the game worthwhile.

Seems she's well aware of this, which is why she has to run a lot of the time. I'd say you're doing a fine job Takaas. 
Let's face it… without good players like you and Scelena, PvP would be a lot less fun.
