Yes, it's yet another qq post from yours truly.

Is it me or are Feral Druids completely out of control in PvP right now? There just seems to be nothing I can do to stand up to them. Can't kite them like I can a DK or Rogue. When I do manage to damage them they just heal back up or go bear for the armor/health boost.

Actually….yeah.

There's a sliver of a chance I can beat them in BM spec, but in MM my best bet is to Silence them the moment I gain distance and they powershift into humanoid form to heal up. Otherwise they're next to impossible to kite because of Pounce + Charge and bear form's immunity to snares. The most I can do is scare them or throw out a Scatter which forces them to trinket. That, plus they can't disarm traps.

I think whenever I see one, I just try to keep concussive shot on as much as possible, forcing them to powershift to buy me some time.

If a Tauren Hunter and a Tauren Druid marry and have children, you will end up with BraveStarr and Thirty-Thirty.

At this stage in my PvPing I'm FLEEING Druids, simply trying to stay alive. If I can get a Scatter on them & then Scare Beast, I RUN. Literally turning my back on them and running away icon_sad

This is really more of an indication of how bad I am at PvP than of Hunters' shortcomings in any 1v1 scenarios. I'm still pretty terrible, lol.

Considering the first thing you know about their presence is their attack from stealth that knocks you down to 40% health, Oz, your tactic is not too stoopid. Quite clever in fact.

Just a thought though, strafe rather than turn your back… you go as fast and you might manage to get some shots off…

And don't forget the anti-stealth macro in Gar's macro guide, stick that HM on and everyone can see 'em!
