I put my Death Knight engineer-alt-b**ch to work in his custom shop. It cost me a grip, but oh man was it worth it…

Mekgineer’s Chopper Schematic = 340G

Riding my new hog through the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, on my quest for World Explorer…

Priceless…

A little cliché, I know, but it still seemed fitting.

That was a healthy chunk of gold, but hey… it’s only gold…

No other in-game purchase has filled me with as much satisfaction and delight as my new chopper.

6 months ago I would have never thought this possible. I was the sort of player who had scarcely more than 500G at any given time. So how did I do it..?

CLICK HERE TO BUY MY VIDEO AND FIND OUT HOW!

LOL… I Keed…

Here’s the story…

How I farmed the gold to buy the mats for my Mekgineer’s Chopper

I have the updated honor system to thank for my vast riches. Well, that and the fact that I quit raiding about 4 months ago. I still participate in the occasional late night VoA farm-fest, but I put a halt to scheduled weekly grinds at the end of last April. Raiding has always been a huge gold-sink for me, so giving that up helped to curb the outflow.

Now don’t get me wrong… I love to raid, it’s just that I have to make choices from time to time, and my huntery intuition told me that I needed to spend less time as “Garwulf” during those prime evening hours. Ya dig..? I also pride myself on making such choices before problems should arise, rather than after.

So anyway… without a weekly raiding commitment, this left me to my own devices. What to do..? The choice was easy… PvP my balls off.

After a good night of BG’ing, provided I have an ample supply of tasty, cold barley pops in the fridge to fuel my play, I can earn about 60-70K honor. This I then redeem for 6-7x Cardinal Rubies, which then get mailed to my wife’s JC, whom I then use to cut said gems into 6-7x Delicate Cardinal Rubies. Those rubies earn me about 150-190G apiece depending upon the current AH surplus.

At times I’ll redeem for other gems, so as not to flood the AH, but I’ve found that Delicate Cardinals are the most lucrative. They sell like hotcakes.

Now I don’t engage in all-night PvP fests all the time, but I’d estimate that on the low end, I can make 1000G per week. If I’ve got the PvP bug, which I’ve had an incurable case of lately, I can earn in upwards of 2,500G for the week. On average, that’s about 7Kgold per month. Not too shabby…

So, as you can see… a battle-scarred, cigar-chomping war pig such as myself, can earn a pretty decent living nowadays. Only catch is, you have to like PvP. No poroblem here.

The other thing I did to supplement my gold stores was to redeem Frost Emblems for Primordial Saronites, then flip them in the AH back when they were going for 1300G apiece. Rather than craft my Rock-Steady Treads right away, I sold my Primordials when the getting was good.

Whimsy

Last night it occurred to me that it would be a fun idea to go for the World Explorer achievement. I hadn’t really been all that concerned with getting that one, but lately I’ve noticed a few of my guildies have been going after it. Then it occurred to me… what better time to explore the further reaches of Azeroth than right now! After all, things as we know them will be changing forever in a few months.

That’s when I decided to pull up the exploration tab in my achievement panel. Much to my surprise, there were dozens and dozens of areas in the old world that I had yet to fully explore. So, I then decided to embark upon a sentimental journey through Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms.

At that point I stopped myself and thought, I’m freaking loaded (i.e., rich, wealthy… fri. and/or sat. nights are when the other definition may apply to me ) right now… if I’m going to go for World Explorer, I need to do this right!

It was then that I logged onto my 80 Death Knight engineer and saw that he was about 80% of the way through Revered with Alliance Vanguard. Time to dust off the DK and put his ass to work! After about two hours of random Icecrown quests and about 4 heroics, Winds of the North flashed upon my screen. Woo hoo!

I flew over to see Logistics Officer Silverstone and purchased the Mekgineer’s Chopper Schematic as quick as you please, bought all of the needed mats, then crafted a war steed worthy of being graced by my elven tushy.

All told, Mekgineer’s Chopper ended up costing me about 13.9K, including the price of the schematic itself. It’s a good chunk o’ change, but oh so worth it.

Best part is, I still have over 12K left over, meaning I should be able to easily maintain my goal of having 20K G when Cataclysm launches.

Lastly… I was going to just post a screenshot or two and leave it at that, but damn… I’m excited..! I couldn’t help but add a few details.

How fun is that though..? Not even I had any sort of clue that I’d be logging off last night with a sweet new ride. Impulse at its best.

I’ve never been so glad to see a Death Knight in a BG, that’s for sure.

That achievement I recently earned is one of the more frustrating BG achievements in the game. The necessary steps aren’t overly difficult, however, trying to get them all done in time requires some hustle and a little luck.

Since trying for this one over the past week, I managed three times to get 4/5 during the span of the game. Regardless of which task I still had yet to complete, I could never finish in time. The other night it went like clockwork though… well, aside from the part where I was riding around in the Field of Strife, waiting for what seemed like an eternity, for a soon-to-be-victim.

The achievement we’re talking about here is of course, Alterac Valley All-Star. In order to get it, you have to:

Assault a tower

Defend a tower

Assault a graveyard

Defend a graveyard

Kill an enemy in the Field of Strife

All during the course of one AV… I don’t know about AV’s in your battlegroups, but 8 minutes would be considered a long match in mine. :-\

That’s a lot of running around you have to do in one Alterac Valley battle, and there’s a lot that can go wrong in that time. I’ve tried attacking this achievement a few different ways, but here’s what I found worked best…

Obtaining Alterac Valley All-Star as an Alliance Hunter

The hardest part of this achievement is assaulting a tower, so the first thing you want to do is ride straight to Iceblood Tower – claim it and get that one out of the way. If you can’t get it, then you’re probably S.O.L. You can try for Tower Point, but getting the achievement I find is pretty contingent on being the guy who gets IBT.

Protip: Make sure to sick your pet on the tower guard just opposite the flag, otherwise he may start firing on you, causing interrupts to the cap.

Immediately after you cap it, head over to Iceblood Graveyard if it’s not yet been assaulted. Usually someone will have already grabbed it, but if you’re johnny-on-the-spot you might get lucky.

If you managed to assault the Iceblood Tower and Iceblood Graveyard, well… grats! You’re beating the clock and in the home stretch now.

If the Iceblood Graveyard was taken, then look to see if the Snowfall Graveyard is available… if it is, get after it. If no one’s claimed it by this point, it’s doubtful anyone will be there. If Snowfall’s been capped as well, then things will get a little tricky.

Our next step will be to head back to reclaim a tower and a graveyard, so now it’s on to Stonehearth Bunker.

If you are able to engage a horde character on the way – do so. Part of this achievement is downing an enemy in the Field of Strife, which you will be riding straight through. Provided you’ve managed a GY assault and now a FoS kill, all that’s left at this point is to re-take a tower and a graveyard. Sounds easy, right..? I’ve got news…

There’s a good chance that Stonehearth will have some defenders… if that’s the case, ride on and try to reclaim the graveyard. It’s a pretty safe bet that no-one will be guarding it – at least that’s what I’ve found. If Stonehearth Bunker is heavily guarded, then try Icewing Bunker. If it’s guarded as well, then just go with which ever tower you think you’ll have the best chances with.

When retaking a tower, always run in with Track Hidden on, especially if there are no visible enemies. Also be sure to drop a freezing trap on top of the flag just before the cap, as well as a nearby flare. Gotta keep those pesky stealthers in check ya know.

If neither of them look promising, then you can either still try to Rambo one of them and take your chances -or- ride all the way back to Dun Baldar and hope to reclaim one of those towers. There’s also a good chance that the Stormpike Graveyard can be reclaimed if you have a graveyard defense still on your to-do-list.

However, only head back to Dun Baldar if you have already killed a player in the FoS. It’s unlikely that you’ll have enough time to complete all five achievements during the course of the battle if you have to spend that much time traveling back-and-forth.

So let’s recap… here’s my suggested Alterac Valley All-Star checklist…

1) Cap Iceblood Tower
2) Assault Iceblood GY
3) Assault Snowfall if Iceblood wasn’t available
4) Reclaim Stonehearth Bunker
5) Reclaim Snowfall Graveyard
6) Reclaim Icewing Bunker if Stonehearth was guarded

…all the while looking for a victim in the Field of Strife.

I’m sure some of you have other methods that have proved successful, but I gotta tell ya… you almost need everything to fall into place in my battlegroup. We won within about 30-40 seconds after taking the screenshot shown at the top of this post.

One of my readers contacted me in hopes that I might be able to offer up some personal assistance. This is something I do quite often in the form of e-mail replies and forum post responses, however, I decided to do something different this evening… I felt that it’d be a nice touch to take my advice to the front page of the site. Rather than bury it in a forum response, or in an e-mail that no one but he or I will ever see, I thought maybe a few others could get some value out of my advice as well.

I spend a great deal of time in that forum on a weekly basis, but I feel like only a portion of my visitors ever venture in there. Therefore, a lot of my hard work and in-depth answers go unnoticed by many – same goes for some of my lengthy post comments. This post is an example of me working hard and smart.

At any rate, today’s post is in response to a forum thread started by a level 76 Night Elf hunter named, Slugbait. Slug may be brand new to WoW, but nevertheless he’s an enlightened individual with impeccable taste. This I’ve determined by his decision to focus on the hunter class and nothing but.

Slug’s been enjoying the whole WoW hunter experience, but he’s been a little disappointed with his DPS contribution in dungeons. Being the helpful hunter I’ve always set out to be, I’m going to try and lend my hunter brethren a hand here.

Here’s a link to Slug’s armory, which may or may not be congruent with this post depending on when you catch it. Slugbait’s still leveling, so his gear will no doubt be rotating over the next few weeks (or days rather, if Slug’s a power-leveler). Anyhow, he’s hoping that myself and some of you other helpful folks out there can get him on the right track to producing, as BRK would say…. MQoSRDPS, i.e., Massive Quantities of Sustained Ranged DPS.

Here’s Slugbait’s forum post if you want the full introduction.

Alright, well I’m going to kick off this discussion… let’s get down to business…

Slug… by the time you hit Icecrown Citadel, Ya gonna eat lightning and crap thunder..!

Gear

Gear’s not a huge concern at 76, just so long as everything has stats useful to hunters. Slugbait’s gear looks pretty good for the most part, but there are 4 pieces I’d recommend he replace sooner than later.

Painted Wooden Beads of the Beast – This necklace has strength on it – a no-no for hunters. All strength does is buff the hunter’s melee attack power… bleh. In addition to that, it’s an Outland level 65 BoE.

Reinforced Caribou-Hide Boots – These may look like pretty good hunter boots, but they have expertise rating on them. Another useless stat for hunters. It’s possible they were the best boots he could equip at the time, as they still have other good hunter stats, but now that I’m on the case, these gotta go.

Rigid Tuskring – Same story here as the boots… This ring has expertise on it, as opposed to something useful such as crit rating.

Fetish of the Fallen – This is itemized alright for hunters, but it’s a pretty weak trinket for a 76 hunter. 2 or 3 ticks of Spirit Bond are equal to the on-use effect of this trinket. There are much better trinkets available at this level.

Here are some easily obtainable upgrades that can replace the aforementioned items, and best of all… they’re free! All of these items can be had via quests.

Neck:

Hundred Tooth Necklace – This is very easy to obtain. All you have to do is run Utgarde Keep and steal 5 weapons.

Spiked Collar of Servitude – This is a very nice neck for a 76 hunter, but it requires a bit of work to get. It’s a reward from a long series of quests that begin after you kill Pitch in Sholazar Basin. It starts here.

Boots:

Treads of the Valiant Struggle – These are very nice hunter boots and can be had at level 76 quite easily. It takes a bit of legwork to get them, but the reward is obtainable without a group. To get them, start here.

Husk Shard Sabatons – These are even better and can be obtained just by running Azjol-Nerub. Be sure to grab this quest from Kilix the Unraveler, who happens to be just outside the entrance to Azjol-Nerub.

I suggest going with Icewalker as the boot enchant. It has tremendous stats (12 hit/12 crit), plus it can be bought at the auction house for a song.

Ring

Ring of Foul Mojo – This is a quest reward obtainable after grabbing six history tablets from Gundrak. This is a very nice hunter ring and pretty easy to get.

Trinket

Death Knight’s Anguish – There are a handful of nice trinkets available at this level, but Death Knight’s Anguish is not only a great trinket, but it’s crazy-easy to obtain. 181 crit rating at level 76 is beast, which is what this trinket provides when procced and fully stacked. Death Knight’s Anguish is the reward from the quest that follows this one.

I almost forgot about one very important upgrade… a ranged weapon. No other upgrade he gets will have as much of an impact on his DPS as a new boomstick will. Having said that, this quest rewards a choice of bow or gun – both of which are great, depending upon what stats you need. Either one of these will do you until 80. The entire quest chain can be completed solo, but there are a few steps. I’d suggest getting going on it immediately. To get started, go to the Nesingwary Base Camp and pick up the Mastery quests. Completing those will eventually unlock this final quest which will award a nice ranged wep.

Gear Enhancements

While still leveling, there’s no reason to go all-out with the best gems and enchants, but I think Slug knows this. He’s got good, yet practical enchants. No sense in putting 10 stats on a green chest, right..?

For advice on gemming and enchanting, please have a look at the following guides. Hunter Gems / Hunter Enchants

Build

Here’s the setup that Slugbait is rolling with right now…

If Slugbait wants to keep dungeoning as a Beast Master, then I’m going to recommend that he respec to something that looks more like this: 53/14/0 BM Build for a 76 hunter.

This build will be superb for leveling as well. He’s sacrificing what I consider to be a negligible amount of survivability and mana efficiency, for a huge improvement to hunter and pet DPS. He’s also a little light on hit, so we’ve put a few points into Focused Aim to sort that out.

As far as losing Invigoration goes… switching into Aspect of the Viper between pulls should be all that’s needed to keep from becoming mana-starved anyway.

Glyphs

I like his Glyph of the Hawk, but I’m going to recommend Glyph of Bestial Wrath over Glyph of Steady Shot. It will be more advantageous both for questing and for dungeons. Slug mentioned he was disappointed in his overall DPS contribution in dungeons. Here’s a tip:

Cast Misdirection on the tank – very important.

Pop Bestial Wrath just after the pull.

Drop an Explosive Trap on the tank.

Disengage out.

Volley away and send those mobs to an icy grave.

That technique will provide AoE damage galore and make you look like a god for about 10 seconds. Use it when there are 3+ elite mobs.

With 3/3 Longevity and the BW Glyph, you can pull that little trick every 60 seconds (70 sec cooldown w/ 10 sec duration). Bestial Wrath also cuts down the Volley mana drain by half.

On bosses, use BW + Rapid Fire for maximum firepower.

Alternative SV Build

Since Slug’s just bought his dual spec and plans to go SV, here’s my recommendation… I suggest he use a SV build for dungeons and BM for everything else. SV is great for dungeons since it packs more punch than BM, but BM is a better route to go for leveling and questing.

Here’s a Survival build for Slug to use at level 76… 0/16/51 SV build for Slug.

For glyphs I’m gonna suggest Explosive Shot and Serpent Sting. Exp Shot is a must-have and the Serp Sting I think could be argued, but I like it best for boss fights.

The SV build will produce more DPS provided he’s got his shot priority down and so-forth, but regardless, either build will be a major improvement to his current one.

Protip: Always make sure you’re attacking the same target as your tank. This will be especially important as your DPS starts to rise. The easiest way to do this is by setting your tank as the focus, then assisting him. This is best achieved by assigning a keybind to focus (via the Key Bind config), then creating a macro with /assist and keybinding it as well. I use F and G – it works great for me. The only time you should attack a target other than the tank’s, is if one strays from the pack towards your healer and you don’t have any form of CC available and/or your tank doesn’t pick it up (i.e., sucks).

Pet

Slug’s using a Core Hound right now with his BM setup, which isn’t too bad, but I’m going to recommend a wolf. Regardless of whether or not he wants to instance as BM or SV, a wolf is where it’s at. Furious Howl FTW.

Here are the builds to use (at level 76): 19 point BM wolf build / 15 point SV wolf build

Professions

Slug’s trained Skinning and Leatherworking – two excellent professions for a hunter… exactly the same as mine I might add. These are great professions not only because you get to craft your own armor from mats that you gather, but also because they both provide decent damage buffs. Skinning buffs crit through Master of Anatomy (~1% crit increase at 76), and Leatherworking boosts attack power (130 to be exact) by way of Fur Lining for your bracers.

Now granted these aren’t thee best DPS professions as far as the min/maxers are concerned, but we don’t care about that… What we do care about is that Slug gets his skinning maxed and his LW up to 400 (the level required to craft Fur Lining) as soon as possible. That’s cheap and easy DPS just lying on the table.

Mechanics

Rather than re-hash what’s already been published on this site numerous times, I’ll instead just recommend some reading…

Here are some good guides on getting the most out of Beast Mastery:

http://huntsmanslodge.com/the-raiding-hunter-beast-mastery

http://huntsmanslodge.com/5431/assembling-a-raiding-beast-master.htm

and for Survival:

http://huntsmanslodge.com/the-raiding-hunter-survival

I highly suggest reading through the macros and Power Auras pages as well. If Slug decides to go SV, Power Auras will be a huge help.

In closing…

If Slug switches up his build and acquires some of the upgrades I’ve listed, he’s going to be making the lesser classes look like slackers in no time. I’m anxious to hear the results.

I hope this post has been useful to not only Slugbait, but to some of you other up-and-coming hunters out there.

If anyone has anything to add, please leave your comments and suggestions below.

I apologize to those of you who’d experienced any difficulties with commenting, posting in the forums, or just using the site in general over the past few days. The site had been hiccuping recently, throwing back dreaded 500 Internal Server Errors and out of memory errors from time to time.

After a few days of minor frustration, capped off by some mild panic, the support manager at my hosting company replied to one of my tickets, suggesting I reboot my VPS if I hadn’t done so already. Well… wouldn’t you know… one reboot later and all is well. I was quite happy about this because the lower level support was requesting I contact sales to upgrade my already beefy memory limits. HuntsmansLodge.com resides on a managed VPS to the tune of $70.95/month. I didn’t plan for this sort of overhead, but such is the price of being popular I suppose.

Anyway, the site is back running on all cylinders again and I’m slightly less of a server admin noob, so that’s good stuff. I’m still not certain what the problem was, but it began just after I performed a script update on the forum. The upgrade process must have exhausted a lot of resources, then for some reason the server was stuck at that taxed memory usage level for a few days. It was like being featured on WoW.com, but without the glory of being featured on WoW.com. The site was operating as if it were consistently near its resource limits.

So that’s it… just wanted to let you know all is well once again.

We’re out of the woods.

CHECK!

Now I just need Ironman and then I can start to work on some of the other BG achievements. I’ll tell ya what’s sad though… my 7 flag return performance still couldn’t get us a win. Nearly all of the horde teams I faced tonight were quite formidable. They had a more organized showing tonight and a lot of them seemed ridiculously geared.

I do what I can, but I am just one man… err… Night Elf.

Feels nice to knock that achievement down.

Now, only 6k more rep to go for exalted Silverwing status and my shiny Justicar title. That’s probably a ways out though…

What’s funny… my now-retired 19 hunter managed exalted status within a few months. Even though I’ve got thousands of WSG matches under my belt, Garwulf actually hasn’t been in there all that much considering he’s 4.5 years old.

I don’t know about you, but I just loves me some old fashioned Capture the Flag.

Apart from the misfortune of being stuck in 2 battles with one of the biggest d**kheads I’ve ever played with, last night’s WSG marathon was a blast. I won all but 3 of the BGs I participated in, captured 9 flags, was extremely close to getting Ironman on two separate occasions, assisted another hunter in getting the achievement, and earned just shy of 1K rep with the Silverwing Sentinels. I’m making a push for Justicar, so I’ll be active in there tonight as well. I need about 6K more Silverwing rep and a Justicar I will be.

Since the old school PvP ranks are being reintroduced in Cataclysm, I figure I could use a new title to go by in the expansion. Lieutenant Commander will probably lose some of its prestige once the new PvP system is in place and everyone is able to obtain those old ranks.

Justicar is within my grasp, as is “of the Alliance“. By the time I hit Justicar I should only be about 10K kills (give or take) short of 100k. Battlemaster is the one I’d really like to have though. I have my work cut out if I plan on going after that one however.

I honestly thought I was going to walk away with Ironman last night, but both times I was en route with my 3rd cap, practically the entire horde team converged on me and sent me to the graveyard. The first time I almost had it, they stomped me in our tunnel.

The second time I was running back with my third cap and thought for sure I was home free. I had a Druid with me and there were no horde in sight… well, for a few seconds at least. Once I hit midfield they were coming in numbers. My healer got dropped and I was taking heavy damage so I headed in to grab the first aid buff, hoping it would buy me a little time until my teammates could come escort me. Nope… No Ironman for me.

I did drop one of my caps so that another hunter on my team could get the achievement. That was my good deed for the night.

Considering I’ve never gone for that achievement before, and had no healbot with me, I’d say I did alright. It’s definitely one of the harder PvP achievements, in my opinion.

So anyway, I’ll be back in there tonight, going for broke once again. I queued as BM last night, but tonight I think I’m going to switch between BM and MM, just to break things up a bit. Hope to see you there.

Oh… and tonight will be a sober endeavor. I hit it a little hard last night. Anytime you see me opening comments to my own post, and especially… quoting Slayer lyrics, it’s a pretty safe bet that Gar’s getting his swerve on. I had fun though.

It’s good to blow off a little steam now and again.

Note: WoWHead seems to be experiencing technical difficulties at the moment, so no tootltips for you! Sorry…

Using the right glyphs is a pretty important part of the hunter pvp formula. Here is what I recommend for level 80 hunters:

Essential Hunter PvP Glyphs

The following glyphs are a key component to any hunter PvP build.

Glyph of Aimed Shot – This glyph reduces our Aimed Shot cooldown by 20%, which is huge. Apart from Kill Shot, Aimed Shot is our #1 shot in PvP. The 2 second cushion (i.e., reduced cooldown) that this glyph provides helps us to maintain the healing debuff uptime.

It also gives us 2 seconds quicker access to one of our insta-cast shots – another huge plus.

Glyph of Disengage – Disengage is a key tactical move for positioning and one of our primary escape abilities. Having access to Disengage every 20 seconds, as opposed to 25, is a tremendous advantage. Survival hunters have it even better… with this glyph and 2/2 Survival Tactics, SV hunters can pop Disengage every 16 seconds. Now that’s what I call slippery!

Beast Mastery PvP Glyphs

Glyph of Bestial Wrath – This glyph chops 20 seconds off of the the cooldown for Beast Mastery’s defining ability. The primary strength of being a Beast Master is having immunity to crowd control, as well as the insane burst potential during the Bestial Wrath/Beast Within buff. With this glyph and 3/3 in Longevity, you’re able to cut the time in between big reds to a mere 60 seconds (70 second cooldown / 10 second uptime). Not bad eh…

Glyph of Aimed Shot

Glyph of Disengage

Marksmanship PvP Glyphs

Glyph of Serpent Sting – As MM hunters, we use this glyph in PvP for the same reason we use it in PvE – it makes our Chimera Shots hit harder. This glyph makes the second portion of Chimera Shot’s damage hit 40% harder due to the additional two ticks of Serpent Sting that are factored in (unglyphed Serpent Sting = 15 sec/5 ticks, glyphed Serpent Sting = 21 sec/7 ticks).

Glyph of Aimed Shot

Glyph of Disengage

Survival PVP Glyphs

Glyph of Explosive Shot – The additional 4% crit that we receive from this glyph is very important for PvP. The enemy’s resilience can reduce your crit chance against them by 10-12% or more. This glyph helps lessen that factor, ensuring that the crits keep on coming.

Glyph of Aimed Shot

Glyph of Disengage

Minor PvP Glyphs

Glyph of Feign Death - This is as staple as the Glyph of Aimed Shot. Feign Death is a remarkably useful PvP ability, so a shorter cooldown on the spell is a welcome boost to any PvP build.

Glyph of Scare Beast – This glyph prevents interrupts while casting Fear Beast. It’s not something we’ll use all the time, but then again it is a minor glyph. At any rate, this glyph is most effective for causing Feral Druids to run about all willy-nilly, as you can fear them while they’re in bear or cat form. It also works vs hunter pets of course.

Glyph of Mend Pet – This is basically a convenience glyph since it takes away the need for pet food, but it also ensures your pet will stay at full happiness and providing peak performance.

Glyph of Revive Pet – This is a good Glyph for BM Hunters who’ve talented 2/2 Improved Revive Pet. It eliminates interrupts during Revive Pet, which is handy for bringing your pet back in the thick of combat.

Some Suggested Hunter PvP Builds

I figured I certainly can’t talk about PvP hunter glyphs without linking some good builds to go with those glyphs.

So here ya go…

53/18/0 Beast Mastery PvP Build

0/56/15 Marksmanship PvP Build

0/15/56 Survival PvP Build

Those are builds that I currently use, or have used in the past. You may want to shift a few points around to better suit your needs (e.g., Improved Revive pet for BM, Efficiency for MM), but those three builds are all very good.
