Though its been a while since you post, I came across it while making some changes to my UI. I wasn’t planning on using the exact setup but downloaded you full file package to try out. Just open up the config by typing /acb, then click on edit mode. You can drag the cast bars anywhere you want them. There's a link to download the addon in my post. I dinged 80 not long ago and always wanted more from the UI but couldn't find a patch updated hunter setup until I looked there. I'm tweaking you UI for my 1280x1040 screen and (noobishly) can't figure out how to move the 'general' cast bar (for hearthstones and mounts).
